The gallery is run by husband and wife Matthew and Caroline with their friendly team.
The gallery was set up in March 2025 with the intention of creating an eclectic collection of beautiful art and handmade craftwork. Matthew has spent 30 years making fine furniture and restoring antiques and occasionally items made by him are for sale in the gallery. Matthew and the team frame most of the artwork you see in the shop from scratch and can now offer custom framing services to the public.

Caroline and Matthew have always had an interest in art, ceramics and antiques and enjoy sourcing new and interesting work for the gallery. They are pleased to be supporting both established and up and coming artists and makers from Cumbria and elsewhere in the UK.

We regularly ship items to all parts of the UK. If you are interested in any items you’ve seen in the gallery that aren’t shown in the online shop, please contact us by email or phone and we’ll help with your enquiry. Items can be shipped worldwide, but there will be other costs involved such as import taxes, so overseas customers, please contact us in advance for an accurate shipping price.
